FlowersShopOnline.ae “Flower Shop Online” is an online bouquet seller based in the UAE. We strive to provide fresh flowers throughout the UAE for all occasions. We offer a user-friendly site, and a hassle-free delivery service, so your flowers are received in an excellent condition. By shopping with us, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which outline how we handle orders, payments, and deliveries. Orders and Payments
When you get to checkout (place the order), we will request a few of your personal details like phone number and/or email id of the recipient and all the payment-related information. We accept payment via Paypal, Cash on Delivery, Pay for and all Visa and Master credit cards. When you click the ‘place order’ button at the end of the order process, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions which are contained in these Terms and Conditions appearing anywhere on the flowershoponline.ae. You submit your order, subject to our acceptance of this offer. When we receive your order, we send an email confirming the details of your order via the email address you have provided. Until we send you this email confirmation, we do not accept any contract with you. We do not support any changes to the products that hurt or insult the receiver.
Shipping and Delivery
If you want a delivery to be made within a certain time frame, you can select the appropriate shipping option displayed on the corresponding product page. Charges will frequently change based on availability and certain times of the year. In case you like to opt for a particular shipping method, we suggest you check the respective product page for the details at the time of placing the order.
To avoid any issues or delays in delivery, please make sure that you provide us with full address details, both Postcode and telephone number of the recipient, so as to easily locate him/her for our delivery services. If there are any delivery problems, it would be great if you could give us your daytime contact phone number or email address so we can inform you.
For deliveries to specific locations that involve a third party, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization will be taken as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. These locations include offices, hospitals, funeral institutions, airports, hotels, ships, and other business locations. Carrier will deliver the products at the address given in good faith, so any delivery near the place mentioned shall be acceptable.
We will not accept responsibility after that if the recipient is not at that address and the receiver will not or does not return the items. The sender will be notified if the receiver does not reply at the time of delivery. If the sender also fails to respond within 24 hours from the time of delivery, the order will be considered canceled and no refunds will be issued. We will try and ring the number shared by sender. If the receiver’s number is wrong and because of that wrong number wrong address is used, we will not be liable and will not be able to retrieve the item. Hence, a new order has to be placed to send a replacement.
Cancellation
For any little changes or if you wish to say “no more” to your order, please call us at 971-523419815. You’re also welcome to write us a message at orders@flowershoponline.ae. We will work fast on your order, but sometimes it might need a bit more time, depending on when you talk to us. Thanks a lot! An order may be cancelled at any time, however, only if it is cancelled one day prior to the delivery date, will the customer be entitled to a full refund.
If any discrepancy regarding quality of product is observed by customer, then verification will be done. If we verify the same, we will either replace the product or give a full refund to the customer. To complain about quality issues and services, please email us at orders@flowershoponline.ae with your order number and delivery date. The company management will discuss and determine the compensation.
To return items, please get in touch with customer support within 1 hour of delivery. After that, the item will not be returned nor refunded. After we ship the goods to you, you cannot cancel any contracts with us for supplemental services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging, shipping etc.).
After we receive notice of cancellation of the item we will refund the appropriate part of the price of that item. If the item has been shipped & the order is cancelled, the shipping charge is non-refundable. We shall regret, you may not cancel the order after your order is shipped/ dispatched. We won’t return or refund the items because their small design variations don’t match what’s on the website.
Refund policy
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method between 10-45 days depending on your issuing bank. Customer can ask for refund a day before the delivery date. If it’s already shipped , we can refund you the amount paid after deducting delivery charges and wrapping charges. You cannot refund the amount if the product is received by the customer. If you face any issue in the quality of the product, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Our quality assurance team will check the item and will continue with the replacement; if your complaint is genuine. The replacement will be inspected. No complaints will be taken after 24 hours of delivery. *Used items will never return in any case.
Flowershoponline.ae will not be held responsible for any refunds in situations where: The items have already been dispatched and received by the recipient. The item(s) were delivered to the wrong address given by the sender. Deliveries fail because the recipient is not present at the address the sender supplied. The quality of the item decreased due to an incorrect delivery address given by the sender or due to a re-route requested by the sender. Quality problems due to mishandling by the recipient.
Credit Card Security
flowershoponline accepts payment through all credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and JCB. You can also pay through Paypal. We use the best encryption for the highest levels of security. Payment portals are protected with firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The credit card details are captured only within the secure payment gateway system and no card details are stored either on your computer or computers of flowershoponline. Once you place your order, an email is sent to you by flowershoponline to confirm the successful payment.
According to the governing law provision in our agreement, we will mutually decide on the governing laws that will govern this jurisdiction. We are not going to deal with or offer any services to OFAC and sanctioned nations. People who are under 18 years old cannot register.
When you use flowershoponline.com, you agree to keep your account information and password private, limit access to your account on your devices, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account and password. You agree that flowershoponline.com will not be liable for any loss that you suffer, monetary or otherwise, due to non-compliance of the same.
